How does a project member communicate with me?
Project members can comment on your project on the Activity feed in that project's Overview tab. To disable comments by project members, go to settings in your project's Details tab.
Project members can also communicate with you via private messages. Note that they cannot privately communicate with other project members.
How do I communicate with my project's members?
You can message all of a project's members by posting a comment in the Activity feed in that project's Overview tab. All project members will be able to see your comments, and depending on their settings, they will receive email notifications as well.
You can also send a private message to a project member. On that project's page, click "message" next to that member's name in the Members section to the right. You can continue the conversation via the messages page.
How do I add events to my project's calendar?
Find your project in your account's Project's page, click the calendar tab, and add an event. If you want to edit an event, click "edit" in the top right corner of that event's box.
Can I change the release date of a project?
Yes, but only for projects without members. Find your project in your account's Projects page, click the details tab, and click "edit" in the top right corner of the project info box. From there, you can change the project's release date.
Can I change the buy-in fee of a project?
Yes! Find your project in your account's Projects page, click the details tab, and click "edit" in the top right corner of the billing info box. From there, you can change the project's price.
Note that the price change will only affect new members moving forward.
You may also invite ensembles at a price different than your chosen buy-in fee, though we recommend trying to find a price that fits within the budget of your target ensembles.
Can members back out of my project?
Yes, but only after one of the following qualifying events:
- The composer misses the release date.
- The composer changes the release date, instrumentation, voicing, and/or duration of the project.
- Consortio decides the final score does not match the conditions of the project agreement.
