When are project members charged?

Project members are charged once the member goal is reached or immediately when joining an already funded project.

Note that composers are paid once they have submitted their score and it is considered final, not when project members are charged.

What forms of payment does Consortio support?

Consortio's billing system supports credit card payments and purchase orders.  For other forms of payment, please contact us directly here.

I can't pay until my next billing cycle.  Can I still be a part of the project until then?

If the composer of a project has enabled this option, you can definitely join the consortium to stay in on the project and pay at a later date.  Go to the project invite/payment page and find the "Need to pay later?" line at the bottom of the page.  By clicking the "View Project" link, you will be allowed in with the knowledge that you’ll need to pay at some point before the deadline in order to receive the final score.

What is Consortio's fee?

7%. If Projects are funded,

• Consortio processes its fee for each project member, and
• Consortio withholds its fee from composers' final payments.
